Why do soap need to "cure?"Cold pressed soap is a technique used to create a moisturizing and rich bar of soap. This method doesn't contain any preservatives, simple ingredients were used to make your RSN4 bar of soap. Oil, water and lye is used to create these soaps. The water needs time to evaporate creating a harder bar of soap for you to enjoy longer. This is why after making a batch we need to let it "cure" for 4-6 weeks after to give you the best bar possible.
